Oberon's patented ultrasonic cleaning system removes stubborn food residues without pre-scraping, saving time and ensuring sanitary results.
Designed for maximum labor efficiency, the entire system significantly reduces staffing costs while maintaining high throughput.
Heat recovery systems and variable frequency drives optimize energy consumption, reducing operational costs by up to 40% compared to traditional systems.
Automated conveyor speed and precise temperature control ensure every dish receives the same thorough cleaning, regardless of load volume.

The Omni Clean Series is Oberon's fully automated flight type dishwasher, rated for 3,000 to 10,000 plates per hour. Automatic scrapping, ultrasonic pre-cleaning, and conveyorized wash zones mean staff load once — the line handles soil separation, washing, rinsing, and drying without manual intervention in between.
It is built for sites where tableware returns in continuous waves: hospital and university central kitchens, airline catering, and large hotel complexes. Utility planning matters at this tier, so Oberon engineers model power (19–24 kW), water treatment, and drainage against your floor plan before quoting.
